While constituting the committees sufficient care has been exercised to see that most of the important functionaries are included in the committees for an effective functioning. Indicative Functions: The Committee will supervise the administrative functionalities related to students admission, running of course work,examination or evaluation procedure.

- Maintaining Time Table, Syllabus,Examination.

The Controller of Examinations shall be the Principal Officer in-charge to conduct examination, tests and the declaration of results. The COEshall discharge his/her functions under the direct supervision, direction and guidance of Chair of Board of Studies and Research.

Indicative Functions:
All matters pertaining to Students’ Welfare.
The Committee will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and evaluating plans and setting directions for student affairs in accordance with the vision, mission and strategic plan of the NIPER Hyderabad.
SAC primarily fosters the coordination and communication between system institution and student body, and make sure your opinions are being heard. Coordinating Hostel activities, Students Gymkhana activities. Celebration of Festivals, Events, Important days, Swachta Pakwada/Constitution Day, National integrity day other important events intimated time to time by ministry. Co-ordination with various student bodies.
Dealing with suppliers, calling for tenders pertains to Hostel and running of student canteen.

The IRC facilitates the International Student Exchange program for both incoming and outgoing students ensuring that the program is a success. This ensures that the students are exposed to a highly enriching international science culture. The IRC also assists the International Relations in various proceedings such as the selection of students to represent the institute at various international competitions and conferences.

Name: Industry interaction & International Collaboration Cell (IIC)
Indicative Functions:
- The Industry Interaction Cell (IIC) Committeeacts as the link that connects NIPER-H to the corporate world. IIC provides the platform wherein students, academia, industry stalwarts and leaders from all the spheres of life come together and share ideas. Through its various initiatives round the year, IIC ensures that the budding Scientist/managers stay in touch with the real world, while honing their skills in the classrooms. Entrusted with all the placement industry-related activities at NIPER-H, IIC is committed to forging a long-term symbiotic relationship between the institution and the industry.
- It provides plenty of opportunities to the student community at NIPER-H to test their scientific acumen through Live Projects offered in various domains. It allows them to have a first-hand experience of the science & Technology issues faced by organizations.
- IIC is also responsible for conducting all year round workshops and guest lecturers from the industry practitioners.IIC organizes Vertical summit where eminent speakers from Pharmaceutical verticals are invited to share their experiences and learning with the students.
Internship, Placements & Corporate Relations
- The placement committee will consist of students elected by the batch to be the corporate interface of the college, i.e. to act as a liaison between the corporate world and the student community. The basic purpose of the Placement Committee is to manage all the placement activities at NIPER Hyderabad. It also ensures the readiness of the fellow participants for the corporate world.
- Allocation of Rooms: Arranging classrooms for aptitude test, group discussion and interview process. Hospitality: Arrangement of breakfast, lunch and snacks for the recruiters. Updating Records: Staff Co-coordinators will update their departmental records, prepare analysis and collect.
- Placement Committee constantly works towards inviting more repudiated companies for campus placement. Find ways and means to improve Industry/Corporate -Institute Interactions.
- To ensure 100% placement. To groom the students and make them aware of current scenarios of various industries. To maintain good liaison with the recruiters. To inculcate the quality of taking on industry challenges and emerging out as young leaders.

Indicative Functions:
- Assessing the utility of a civil project and fixing the specifications
- Examining tender documents on day of opening, negotiating and finalizing the rates and recommending the award of work pertains to civil work.
- Keeping an eye on progress of work in various projects and advising (on own initiative) Dean)/director on any steps to be taken to ensure superior quality and timely completion of work.
- Assisting Director, when requested, in handling special situations such as major change in specifications during execution of a project, examining possible changes in contract,fixing rates for extra items levying penalty for poor work or slow progress etc.
- Updating "Registered Contractors" list from time to time,covering addition of new names,deletion of poor performers and change of category.

- The committee, which meets regularly, considers policies and practices that address campus security, personal safety, crime prevention, sexual assault, and concerns, including complaints that members of NIPER community raise about security and safety. The committee reviews crime statistics affecting the campus and focuses attention on improving practices affecting members of NIPER community who are victims of criminal acts that take place on or near campus.
- Safety and Security Committee will promote a safe environment for Faculty, Staff, Students, and Visitors by creating and maintaining an active interest in the safety of the Campus, and to assist in the overall effort by identifying corrective measures needed to minimize or eliminate recognized safety hazards, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
