Research mainly focuses on evaluating plant extracts and new chemical
entities for the anticancer activity through various in-vitro assays. We are
targeting Hsp90 pathway, tubulin and galectin pathway to treat cancer.
Evaluating various approaches to attenuate the unwanted effects of the
existing anticancer drugs using various chemically induced cancer models
in rodents.
Other areas: Repurposing of the drugs and occupational lung fibrosis
