Mr M. A. Masoom Commerce Graduate from Osmania University and Post Graduate in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University and Retired as Assistant Financial Adviser in South Central Railway, has served various capacities in Accounts department of South Central Railway. He has been awarded with General Manager Award for the best performance and Ministry of Railways award for completing task work.
