The NIPER-Hyderabad gathers on 11th July 2012 to celebrate the awarding of
degrees at convocation. Faculty, staff, students, and their families get
together for this very special event.
Location and Timing of Convocation Ceremony
Ceremony is held in the Auditorium at NIPER-Hyderabad, Balanagar,Hyderabad. Ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m
Note: convocation ceremony usually lasts approximately
2 1/2 hours. Don't bring small children, may find it difficult to sit through the whole ceremony.
Information for students intending to get Degree
If you are a student about to get degree, congratulations on your achievement – you have worked hard to get to this point in your academic life.

Arival Times
Arrive at convocation on 11th July 2012 by the times noted below to pick up regalia and to form the academic procession.
Regalia pick-up is in the Examination Cell. To avoid last-minute line-ups or delays, have your gown during the times designated for your ceremony.
Pick up your Line-up/Name card from Examination Cell one hour before the beginning of the ceremony.
Note: Students who arrive later than the 1/2 hour before the ceremony time risk missing the procession.
