Shri. M.S.N. Murthy is a post graduate in public personnel management and a law graduate .Shri M.S.N Murthy had 35 years of administrative experience in various labs and institutes like CSIR and retired as controller of Administration in CSIR system.

Shri M.S.N. Murthy is now looking after the administrative matters of NIPER-Hyderabad in coordination with the officers in administration, accounts and stores and purchase of Indian institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) which is our mentor institute for NIPER-Hyderabad
