Dr. S. Chandrasekhar

Director (Mentor Institute), NIPER-Hyderabad

Dr. Srivari Chandrasekhar, born in 1964, completed all his primary and higher education in Hyderabad and Joined CSIR, IICT for a Ph. D Programme. After completing his Ph. D (1991) with the then director Dr. A. V. Rama Rao, he moved to USA for a post doctoral position with Prof. J. R. Falck (1991-94). He joined CSIR-IICT as Scientist C in 1994 and grew upto the level of director in 2015. He is a fellow of all the three Indian Science academies, i.e., National Academy of Sciences, Indian Academy of Sciences and Indian National Science academy.

Prof. Ch. Sanjeeva Reddy

Registrar, NIPER-Hyderabad

Sanjeeva Reddy obtained his M.Sc (1978) in Physical Chemistry and Ph.D (1983) in Chemical Dynamics from Kakatiya University, Warangal. He also held a Post-Doctoral position at the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom, as a common-wealth Fellow during 1990-1991. Dr. Sanjeeva Reddy joined Kakatiya University as a lecturer in 1984 and became professor in 2005. He has put up 31 years of vast teaching experience by the time he superannuated in July 2015. At present he is working as the Registrar, NIPER Hyderabad.

Dr. R. Srinivas

Dean, NIPER-Hyderabad

Dr. Srinivas R is the Dean and course coordinator for Pharmaceutical Analysis department. He obtained B.Sc (1977), M.Sc (1979) from Osmania University and Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai (June 1985). He joined IICT in 1984 as Scientist and currently he is Chief Scientist (Scientist 'G') and Head of Mass and Analytical division in IICT. He was a Post Doctoral Fellow at Technical University, Berlin (1989-91 and May-July 1999). He visited U.K., Amsterdam for training and for attending international symposia. He was awarded "Eminent Mass Spectrometrist Award” by Indian Society for Mass Spectrometry, Mumbai (2003); Editorial Board member of Journal of Mass Spectrometry (John Wiley Pub., ) (since April 2003) and Open Spectroscopy Journal (Benthem Pubs.) (since 2007; Fellow of A.P. Academy of Sciences, Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (London) Guided 9 Ph.D students and around 35 project students; Published more than 150 papers in International Journals. His research areas include gas-phase ion chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, peptides, etc

Shri. Ch. Srinivasa Rao

Shri Ch. Srinivasa Rao was a post-graduate in Public Administration and Public Personnel Management. Shri Rao has 39 years of administrative experience in various CSIR Labs./Instts. and retired as Controller of Administration in CSIR system. Shri Rao is the Founder-Editor of “HARMONY”, a service magazine on CSIR/GoI service matters, which is now being brought out through a Website, entitled “”. He has 113 publications and delivered 36 invited lectures on service issues. He has contributed to the policy formulation of various CSIR Labs./Instts. and other Autonomous Bodies of Govt. of India.

Shri. C. Badarinath

Coordinator (Stores & Purchase), NIPER-Hyderabad

Shri. C. Badarinath graduated in Commerce from Osmania University. The Primary, High School, pre-degree education in Warangal and college education in Hyderabad. In 1974, he began his career in Materials Management Department of NMDC Limited, Hyderabad a Public Sector Enterprise under the Minsitry of Steel, Govt. of India, Hyderabad. In 1981, selected as Stores & Purchase Officer, Grade-III in all India open competition in CSIR and posted in Regional Research Laboratory (RRL), Trivandrum. In 1990, got promotion as Stores & Purchase Officer, Grade-I and posted in National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur. In 1994, got promotion as Controller of Administration and posted in Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute CSMCRI, Bhavnagar. In 2001, on account of cadre review, the designation was changed as Controller of Stores & Purchase. In 2007, he was transferred to Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad and retired from services during August, 2011. Presently serving NIPER-Hyderabad as Coordinator, Stores & Purchase.
